About GO TEXAN: a well-established marketing initiative by the Texas Department of Agriculture designed to promote Texas-made products and locally operated businesses. Originally launched in 1999 for agricultural goods, it expanded in 2003 to include all manner of Texas-made products, including documentary films, featured films, podcasts, and television series.
